What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee multiple projects, from shore power systems to terminal-wide installations
🔹 Mentor and guide Electrician Leads and field teams
🔹 Design, troubleshoot, and implement electrical solutions (480VAC 3-Phase, VFDs, Motor Controllers)
🔹 Collaborate with port engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
🔹 Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
What You’ll Bring:
⚙️ 5+ years of experience as a marine electrician or similar role
⚙️ Strong leadership and project management skills
⚙️ Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-Phase systems, schematics, and OSHA regulations
⚙️ A passion for leading by example and mentoring others
