Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/CPA- Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role involves providing high-level financial consulting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
- Provide advisory services on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- CPA certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial consulting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
