Northfield Mount Hermon has a state-of-the-art facility that includes a 220-seat End-Stage theater, a 90-seat studio theater, a 250-seat concert hall, and large scene and costume shops. The Costume Designer is responsible for the costuming of all productions.
The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Theater Arts, Theatrical Costume Design or a related discipline, with notable experience in the professional theater industry. Experience as a teacher at a secondary level is preferred.
Candidates must be familiar with boarding school life, demonstrate experience in equity and inclusion work that promotes a diverse community environment, and have a clear understanding of anti-bias education.
