Job Description

We are hiring Airport Survey Specialists to support a short-term project at Dulles International Airport (IAD) . This role involves conducting brief passenger surveys using a tablet to gather important feedback.

Details:

• Pay: $20/hour
• Dates: October 27 - November 9 (must be available for the full 2-week project)
• Schedule: 35 hours per week, approximately 5 hours per day
• Shifts: Morning, afternoon, and evening options available (Monday through Sunday)
• Location: On-site at Dulles International Airport (IAD)
• Parking: Free for staff
• Training & Badging: Paid on-site training and badging prior to the project (October 7 and another date TBD)
• Team Environment: Work alongside a group of surveyors at the airport

Role Requirements:

• Comfortable standing on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and committed to the full project timeline
• Ability to follow instructions and use a tablet for data entry

What You'll Do:

• Approach travelers and conduct short surveys on a tablet
• Provide accurate and respectful interactions with the public
• Support the project team in gathering data effectively
