Job Description
We are looking for a CALIFORNIA ACSW or AMFT to facilitate mental health therapeutic groups and provide individual therapy for our clients in a Crisis Residential Mental Health Treatment Program located in Sylmar, California.
***THE ANTICIPATED START DATE IS AUGUST***
Duties:
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions for a high end, primary mental health RTC facility.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
- Provide individual therapy to a caseload of clients.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Create treatment plans and participate in treatment plan reviews.
Requirements:
- Completed Master's Degree and Associate's number from the BBS.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours complete.
- Experience working with mental health.
- Desired, but not required: experience with trauma and DBT.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience with DMH documentation (preferred)
- References required.
Schedule: Either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday (Full time)
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
