**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Assistant Pastry Chef is responsible for a ssisting the Pastry Chef in proper preparation of all baked goods and desserts according to club recipes and standards. He/she Maintains the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. Exhibit a thorough knowledge, understanding and application of all cooking techniques Assists Pastry Chef in completion of other duties and assists other kitchen staff in plating banquet food, etc. Responsible for closing duties to including organizing all food items; properly storing clean containers; covering all items placed in coolers and freezers; thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all workstations; restocking of all necessary products; sweeping and mopping; etc. Assists other teammates regardless of your own job description or station duties #
