Compensation: $75,000 - $91,000 yearly
Responsibilities: - Handle probate and trust administration, including filings, court appearances, and client communication.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on estate planning and probate issues.
- Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other essential documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
- Manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Stay current on changes in estate planning and probate law.
Qualifications: - J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Washington.
- 1-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (preferred but not required).
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Strong client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
