What we're looking for:
- An Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required
- 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about customer interaction
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and success
