Job Requirements
Will communicate, work closely and diligently with the Structural Engineer as well as communicate and coordinate work efforts with our current CAD Operators in completing specific duties set forth such as producing anchor bolt plans/drawings, cleaning details and creating detail sheets, creating and cleaning structural steel framing plans for shop and field use all within the allotted project time-frame utilizing a 3D modeling software (SDS2)
Responsibilities/ Qualifications:
• EIT or equivalent; training from an accredited technical school or
• AutoCAD (SDS2/ Tekla experience a bonus)
• basic mathematics including geometry and trigonometry
• perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
• work independently but understanding the necessity to communicate and coordinate work
efforts with other employees, attention to detail is keen
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Willing to work overtime when requested
