Job Title: Bank Loan Manager
Location (Remote): New York, NY
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 total compensation

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Servicing: Manage bilateral loan servicing, including security setup, data management, and communication with borrowers and lenders.
- Data Management: Oversee data management, event processing, and loan closings for global portfolios.
- Client Interaction: Ensure effective communication with borrowers and lenders.
Qualifications:
- Background: 6+ years in hedge funds or similar roles.
- Knowledge: Bilateral loans, broadly syndicated loans, and credit markets.
- Experience: Loan administration, loan closing, loan servicing, and understanding of credit agreements
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient using loan software.
- Documentation: Strong background in LSTA/LMA standard documentation and terms and conditions.
