We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team!
Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation and bankruptcy matters for our firm. This position requires a strong understanding of both litigation and bankruptcy laws, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of litigation and bankruptcy matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the cases
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in litigation and bankruptcy
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state
- Strong understanding of litigation and bankruptcy laws
- Experience with commercial litigation is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet tight deadlines
