We are looking for a talented Bankruptcy Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our team in either Delaware, New Jersey, or New York. You’ll work on complex bankruptcy matters across several states, including New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Texas, and Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Handle bankruptcy cases and related legal matters in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys across various offices.
• Assist with litigation matters, as needed.

Required Qualifications for Bankruptcy Legal Expertise

• 2+ years of bankruptcy law experience.
• Bar admission in one or more states where the firm operates and the candidate plans to reside (DE, NJ, NY, MD, TX, FL).
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
