Special Olympics never charges fees to our athletes or families in order to participate. Raising funds from community businesses and donors is a crucial part of the movement to include all that are eligible for our sports programs.
The
Fundraising Coordinator pursues community fundraising opportunities and manages SOMT-branded fundraising initiatives for area volunteers, such as but not limited to
- the MTN Chevy Truck Raffle sales
- the Polar Plunge
- local business sponsored events
- community partnerships
