Summary
We are seeking BIM Modelers with strong Revit and electrical experience to lead modeling efforts, manage project documentation, and support a cross-functional team. Candidates must be able to pass a Revit test and have a solid job history. Looking for Level 1, 2 & 3.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Revit modeling and documentation for electrical projects
- Maintain project models using multi-trade backgrounds
- Collaborate with internal teams and support staff
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project timelines
- Train and guide junior modelers
Required
- Strong Revit proficiency (will be tested)
- Electrical drafting experience required
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Stable job history
- Strong computer skills; tech school a plus
- Familiarity with BlueBeam , Autodesk Cloud, NavisWorks
- Able to read and interpret 2D plans and electrical schedules
- Experience leading BIM projects and teams
Education
- HS Diploma
- Certification or Degree in related field is a Plus
