Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:Participate in the development and oversight of the organization’s strategic plan.
- Governance:Ensure the organization adheres to its mission, values, and bylaws.
- Financial Oversight:Review and approve the organization’s budget, financial statements, and significant financial decisions.
- Fundraising and Advocacy:Support fundraising efforts and advocate for the organization within the community.
- Policy Development:Contribute to the development and implementation of policies that guide the organization.
- Performance Monitoring:Evaluate the performance of the organization and its executive leadership.
- Meeting Participation:Attend and actively participate in board meetings and committee assignments
