Description Kett Engineering, a leader in the automotive test industry, is currently accepting applications for Brake Test Drivers at our customer facility in Plymouth, MI.
Successful candidates will drive and evaluate pre-production and prototype test vehicles on "real world" brake test routes, conduct pre-trip safety inspections as required, performed specialized test procedures and document findings on a drivers report in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for good, dependable, and safe drivers to test vehicles and their systems. If you are detailed oriented, this may be the perfect job for you.
Great for retirees! Shift start time can vary. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: - High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have at 5 years of licensed driving experience and possess a current operators license and clean MVR. No suspensions or DUI.
- Familiar with MS Windows.
- Familiar with ProLink software (a plus)
- Good reading, writing and communication skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
