ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Construct and analyze financial models on public companies.
Maintain communication with sell-side analysts.
Meet with company management teams, in order to gain insight into their business models and form opinions about growth prospects.
Assist other analysts and portfolio managers as needed with fundamental research.
Monitor economic conditions and data, and contribute to the portfolio management team's analysis of the economy.
Meet with clients and consultants of SIMG, in order to be able to convey current portfolio positioning, performance, and market conditions.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics or other business related field
2+ years of related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Required to obtain registrations within 6 months of employment
