Pay: $35-46/hr on W2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation

Job Description:
Looking for a Cable/Harness Technician 1 to support our on-site wire harness manufacturing Center of Excellence. This position is located in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
• Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, fabricating wire harnesses, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, and components
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
• Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware.
• Reads and interprets work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings
• Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues
• Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed.
What You’ll Get to Do:
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification
• J-STD-001 Certification
• Ability to multitask, prioritize
• Experience or familiarity with ISO requirements, standards, and compliance issues
