Job Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers to provide assistance with general inquiries and account support
- Route or transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary
- Gather valuable customer feedback and enter detailed notes accurately into the system
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting steps, such as password resets or account updates
- Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone in all conversations
- Attend regular virtual team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly and patient demeanor
- Comfortable navigating multiple online tools or browser tabs at once
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable internet connection
- Able to stay calm and focused under pressure, especially during high call volumes
- Previous experience in a call center, help desk, or other customer-facing role is a plus
- No experience required—comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed
