We are seeking Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in Houston, TX . Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift (training on 1st shift) Mon - Fri, occasional Saturday OT
What You’ll Do:
- Perform sterile compounding in a USP <797>/<800> compliant environment
- Maintain a sterile cleanroom through proper aseptic techniques
- Operate manufacturing equipment & conduct quality control tests
- Document compounding activities and ensure adherence to cGMP regulations
- Assist with inventory tracking, bubble point testing, and process improvement
- Mentor and train new pharmacy technicians as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Certified in IV or Sterile Compounding (PTCB & TSBP Registration)
- Eager to learn OR experienced in sterile compounding
- Strong attention to detail & ability to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment
- Team player with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
