Join Team JBS and take the lead on exciting construction projects! We're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day commercial construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to our high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings
- Monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards
Note: This is a traveling position, requiring you to be on-site at various project locations.
