We're Hiring: Commercial Project Manager – $135K–$150K + Full Benefits
We’re looking for a sharp and driven Commercial Project Manager to join our team in a direct hire role. If you have a passion for construction, problem-solving, and bringing complex projects to life, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial and multifamily construction projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate directly with architects, owners, and general contractors to optimize design, reduce risk, and ensure project success.
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, site visits, and project sequencing.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, track budgets, and handle monthly invoicing and revenue milestones.
- Work closely with the sales team to design custom solutions and generate proposals.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of construction project management experience.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with fireproofing/fire stopping is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, CAD, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Ability to read drawings, calculate take-offs, and generate estimates quickly.
- A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel regionally.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
Salary: $135,000–$150,000
