We can offer a variety of services, such as upkeep, repairs, full roof replacements, and roof restorations. Throughout the project, our project managers stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy with the job we have done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for projects based on customer requirements.
- Analyze bid documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Interface with project personnel to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Administer cost estimating data and compile cost estimates.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare and submit timely cost proposals.
- Maintain accurate estimating records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in estimating for Food Plant, Commercial, Hospitality and Multifamily projects.
- Expertise in cost estimating and cost control functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
