We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual General Manager to lead a high-performing, multi-brand hotel complex in Orlando. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction across four upscale Hilton and Marriott properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a visible leader across all properties
• Drive revenue, ADR, and occupancy strategy
• Oversee labor planning, forecasting, and expense control
• Elevate guest experience and F&B offerings
• Develop team culture through mentorship and communication

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of GM experience (multi-property preferred)
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Strong financial, sales, and operational leadership
• Hilton/Marriott experience highly preferred
