We have an exciting opportunity for a Composites Fabricator to join our team, to build assigned parts based on product flow within a Value Stream. We are hiring for first shift. Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become competent in all areas of a value stream, such as finishing, lay-up, teardown and assembly.
- Complete all required paperwork and computer entries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Keep work area neat throughout the workday. Completes preventive maintenance and daily clean up within the work area following established procedures.
- Complete all job tasks following the companys established policies, procedures, work rules, quality standards, EHS standards and Core Values.
- Follow all expectations of LEAN manufacturing and participates in and identifies continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of the company as assigned.
- Attend and participate in all assigned meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct all communications with other employees, customers and vendors in a respectful and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good eye hand coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for prolonged periods of time.
