Are you ready to take the next step in your construction management career? We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team, with a focus on commercial interior fit-outs and renovations across New York City.

This is a great opportunity for a rising professional to gain hands-on exposure to all phases of project execution - from design coordination to budgeting, scheduling, and closeout - while supporting a seasoned PM team on high-end office and tenant improvement work.

🔨 What You'll Do

  • Familiarity with NYC/NJ project experience is a must - you should know how to navigate DOB requirements, site logistics, and urban coordination challenges.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Team player with a proactive, organized mindset and the drive to grow into a leadership role.
