Job Description
BayCare is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and management of large-scale healthcare construction projects (budgets $5M+). In this role, you’ll:
- Oversee all project phases from design to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor bids
- Partner with hospital departments on design and equipment needs
- Coordinate with Facilities on shutdowns (some off-hours work required)
- Ensure compliance and provide updates to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Construction, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related field (Assoc/HS with relevant experience considered)
- 4+ years in construction (preferred 15+ years incl. project management and hospital work)
