This entry-level role is integral to the success of project operations, supporting key functions such as contract preparation, compliance coordination, and general contract administration . The non-exempt role is 100% on site in Oxnard, CA and pays $53,000-$75,000 + OT.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a high-energy office environment and is eager to build a career in contract administration within the construction industry.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction sector .
• Also considered: Candidates with an MBA, Master’s Degree, or J.D. , even without direct experience, who demonstrate a strong interest in construction contract administration.
