Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Work Location: Remote
Duration: Short Term Contract (3 Months)
Education/Experience Required: 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
Job Description & Responsibilities : - Will join intake calls, screen and source candidates and submit to business. Primary focus will be talent sourcing and applicant screening to support Sales and Corporate hiring.

Skills & Qualifications : - 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche
- Understands sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches)
- Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel
- Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience working with AI/Chatbot for recruitment (auto scheduling, pre-screening)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud
