Job Description
We're partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to find a Corporate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in general corporate law and business transactions.
The role focuses on a variety of corporate transactions, primarily in the private markets, including:
- Buy- and sell-side M&A
- Dispositions
- Recapitalizations
- Partnerships and joint ventures
- Capital raising
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on M&A.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, including entity formation and governance.
- Ability to manage a complex workload in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-office teams.
- Experience with joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance, and commercial contracts is a plus.
- Private equity, capital markets, and debt financing experience are also beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Required: Admission to the Texas Bar.
Salary is dependent on experience.
