We’re looking for a founding Head of Engineering who’s not just a builder, but a visionary leader ready to roll up their sleeves and build systems from scratch.

The addressable market in North America alone for what we’re building exceeds $7B in 2025, growing at 47% CAGR.

As more organizations adopt AI agents for automation, insight, and decision-making, they will require a new category of real-time protection for cloud data, APIs, and multi-agent workflows.

We're building the security foundation for this shift — combining real-time input/output filtering, agent-aware policy enforcement, and behavioral controls at the infrastructure level.

The agentic AI wave is happening now. Developers are building multi-agent systems that can plan, execute, and learn — but security hasn’t kept up.

We’re looking for a technical co-founder / Head of Engineering to help architect, build, and scale our platform from day one. This is a founding role with equity-only compensation.

You’ll be a core partner, responsible for technical leadership and hands-on implementation. Ideal experience includes:

• Designing and implementing API gateways (e.g., Kong, Envoy, NGINX, or custom)
• Deep knowledge of authentication & authorization protocols (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)
• Experience with API call routing, load balancing, and network architecture
• Building secure, scalable SaaS platforms with multi-tenant designs
• Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, key management, traffic isolation)
• Full-stack development skills and the ability to ship fast
• Bonus: knowledge of agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, or runtime behavioral monitoring
