As a Customer Care Representative at Debug Pest Control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and resolving issues promptly. Your ability to communicate effectively, provide timely solutions, and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to our continued success in delivering top-notch pest control services.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls for specific departments.
- Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer requests.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and, when necessary, escalate them to supervisors for resolution.
- Investigate and address service problems by identifying causes and recommending solutions, ensuring timely corrections.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, promptly updating account information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
Compensation and Benefits: - Starting Pay: $18-$22 per hour (Negotiable for candidates that meet the requirements)

Requirements
What This Role Needs: - 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years experience in customer scheduling and/or call center operations.

Experience with FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, or ServiceTitan . -
Experience in pest control, lawn care, or home services. - Exhibit confidence, decisiveness, and effective judgment across diverse and dynamic scenarios.
- Proficient in multitasking, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
- High proficiency in email, instant messaging, and various electronic communication tools.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
- Bilingual proficiency is a valuable asset (Not Required).
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM), proficiency in 10-key, and adeptness with phone systems.
- Capable of sitting for extended periods.
