**Customer Experience Representative**
Cranford, NJ / Call Center New Jersey / Full Time, Part-Time **Customer Experience Representative - REMOTE (Open to IN, NJ, OH, TN residents ONLY)** **Renewal by Andersen (Midwest & Metro)**
This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company. This role would be a work from home position, **must reside in the states of IN, NJ, OH, or TN**. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Daily Responsibilities:** Dial out to 25-30 homeowners per hour via telephone while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted is via traditional/non-traditional marketing avenues Document and track all set appointments accurately so all future customer demonstration and price activity is at company standards Comfortable managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
**Position Expectations:** High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2+ years of Customer Service experience. Previous call center experience a plus! Customer service experience with up-selling as a key component Ability to work varying shifts, along with weekend availability.
**Core** **Competencies:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport Creating a sense of urgency with customers over the phone Basic computer knowledge/skills Ability to control a conversation Excel at overcoming objections Following a script in a sales process Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly and competently handle one-off situations

**Schedule:** Must be able to work some morning and night shifts, and one weekend shift every week. Must have the ability to work until 10:30pm at least ONCE a week. Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-10:30pm, Weekends--9am-8pm
