Job Description

Big Bear Wine & Liquor is looking for Guest Service/Cashier Employees to join our 40 person strong team. We are located AT 2 DIFFERENT locations 940 E Hailey Lane in Pueblo West and 2037 S. Pueblo Blvd on the South Side. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This is a full time position with 35+ hours a week. We can work around Schedules. MUST BE 18 Years Old. Must be willing to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve till 6pm and available New Year Eve.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
