Job Description

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an award winning, medical device company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, on-site, evaluation hire career opportunity. Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation starts at $20.00 to $23.00/hour.

Responsibilities :

• Order entry
• Provide customers with order details and status updates
• Product return reconciliations
• Assist with invoicing
• Process inbound calls
• Troubleshoot customer issues
• General administrative tasks

Requirements :

• At least one year of previous customer service experience
• Medical device industry experience a benefit but not mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Professional, upbeat, and friendly personality
