We're looking for a curious, driven, and creative Data Scientist to join a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where data isn’t just numbers—it’s the key to strategy, innovation, and growth. This role is offered with a North American based sustainable consumer product company that sells their well-known brands around the world. This Data Scientist reports directly into the VP of Strategic Initiatives giving the opportunity for max visibility.

This is a remote role but requires occasional onsite attendance for important meetings and team events. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning raw data into bold business decisions, and who thrives at the intersection of analytics, technology, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Dive into diverse datasets—clean, transform, and analyze them to extract meaningful patterns and stories
• Build powerful predictive models and machine learning solutions to optimize performance and forecast trends
• Partner with stakeholders to shape data strategies that drive real business outcomes
• Bring your insights to life with stunning visualizations using tools like Power BI
• Architect clean, scalable data pipelines and systems that keep integrity and accessibility top of mind
• Simplify the complex—communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science , Statistics , Computer Science , or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Python , R , and Power BI
• A solid grasp of statistical modeling and business-savvy analytics
• Clear, confident communication skills that cut through the noise
• Collaborative spirit and multitasking chops—you can juggle projects without dropping the ball
• Bonus: experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment
