SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIE
- S:Operational expert for mechanical system at the Dojo facilities. The mechanical systems and equipment can include pumps, piping, chillers, cooling towers, CRAH units, et
- c.Available for occasional on-site emergency calls nights and weeken
- dsPerform daily inspections of critical system
- s.Develop preventative maintenance plans. Drive the execution of both preventative and emergency maintenance for facility equipmen
- t.Collaborate with building facilities team to ensure reliability of building facilities systems impacting Dojo space
- s.Identify and maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtim
- e.Coordinate and supervise scheduled system shutdown
- s.Develop and implement energy monitoring metric
- s.Support commissioning efforts by witnessing equipment startup, assisting with functional testing, and monitoring construction progres

- NS:5+ years of hands-on operations or facilities work experience. Data center experience is preferr
