Highly skilled in Microsoft applications
Ability to develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Professional proactive work ethic
Comprehensive knowledge of the greater Hilton Head, SC area market

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to include promotional programs and marketing events
Responsible to manage leads, give tours, secure deposits and move-ins
Create a comprehensive training program for marketing and customer service
Manage marketing budget and monitor expenditures

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the Senior Living arena.
