We are looking for the right Director of Nursing to complete their dynamic team! This is a beautiful community focused on assisted living and memory care that is part of a larger campus covering the full spectrum of care so the residents can age in place.
We are looking for a strong RN (licensed in MN) who has demonstrated leadership skills, compassion for the residents, and can develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations.
You will lead the community's day-to-day operations and ensure the residents are cared for in the best possible way. You will be responsible for assessments, team leadership, and operational excellence.
