Fit Pro Finders, the premier fitness staffing firm, is hiring for a rapidly growing client in the Houston Metropolitan Area. Our client is a corporate owned, big box fitness chain with over a 100 locations and growing.

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager at Fit Pro Finders in the Houston Metropolitan Area. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing General Managers and Membership Sales departments for 5 clubs, and driving a high volume of training sales and revenue.

• Previous multi club oversight of GM & Sales departments - no exceptions!
• Experience in the Fitness Industry and high volume membership sales
• Knowledge of gym sales software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive sales and revenue for 5 high volume clubs
• Certifications in fitness training and group exercise instruction
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field a plus
