Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, we continue to deliver premium-quality eyewear at unbeatable prices and we’re proud to give back by donating a portion of every purchase to animals in need.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Coordinator to assist our e-commerce team with the daily execution of product listings, organization, and operational updates across multiple online sales channels. This is a hands-on role that focuses on keeping product data, listings, and assets accurate and organized. You won’t be involved in marketing or campaign planning — instead, you’ll focus on the “behind-the-scenes” work that keeps our e-commerce platforms running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and takes pride in keeping details precise and systems up to date.

What You'll Do:

  • List new products across all channels: Shopify (Retail), Amazon, Faire, Target, TikTok Shop, and Wholesale.
  • Maintain and upload accurate size charts and product details.
  • Coordinate product images between our photographer and editor to ensure final assets are uploaded correctly.
  • Organize product folders and files in shared drives and maintain an orderly system for all teams.
  • Notify internal teams when new files, listings, or images are added to the drive.
  • Generate and manage UPCs and FNSKUs for new and existing products.
  • Handle other task assignments from the senior e-commerce team as needed (data entry, catalog updates, inventory checks, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify product listings and backend operations (Amazon experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency across multiple systems.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Excel/Sheets, and online catalog management tools.
  • Familiarity with UPCs, FNSKUs, and product data entry.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions from multiple senior team members.
  • Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software or similar e-commerce inventory tools is a plus.

Why Join Us?:

  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Career growth opportunities – we’re growing very quickly!
  • Flexible schedule: 8-hour shift (choose your start & end time: 8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, or 9:00–5:00)
  • Friday Flex – Wrap up an hour early on Fridays to enjoy a little extra weekend time.
  • Comprehensive benefits package – medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO, plus extra Birthday & Anniversary PTO and 11 paid holidays.
  • A complimentary pair of sunglasses every month.
