Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Wayfair, Walmart etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)
- Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
- Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
- Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
- Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)
- Be responsible at individual actions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Related experience in 3-5 years preferred
- Working Experience with Online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) using EDI program (Strongly Preferred)
- Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-Commerce channels; including: Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
