About the Company:
We are seeking a Medical Device Associate to join one of our Medical Device clients in either Chicago IL or Salt Lake City UT. This role will be working under the of the Director of Operations and Implementation Project Manager to support the education and training of clinician clients using the current Anesthesia and Perfusion Quantum Informatics software and other activities related to customer support. This role will be focused on customer/client support post sales.
Required Skills:
- Experience within a healthcare and/or medical related environment through either internships, volunteering, or professional experience.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time.
- Motivated, eager, and self-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records).
- Experience interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Previous knowledge or experience with Medical Devices.
