Title : Family Law Attorney
Location : Kirkland - Hybrid schedule (at home 4 days a week after orientation)
Salary: Up to 175k + bonus (total comp around $250k) + benefits
Skills : 3+ yrs family law experience, barred in WA

Key Responsibilities - Advocate for clients in family law matters, including child custody disputes, domestic violence cases, and financial issues.
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs relevant to family law cases.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate and empathetic support throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal laws affecting family law to ensure compliance and effective representation.
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance the firm's reputation and client outreach.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to foster personal growth and legal expertise.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Barred in WA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
