Job Description

Financial Advisor — Boutique Role for Elite Wealth Professionals

A Firm Built for the Best, by the Best.

At PEAK American Investment Advisors , we serve a distinct type of client— America’s overachievers . These are the disciplined, ambitious, and forward-thinking individuals who set the pace in business, leadership, and life. Based in Plano, Texas, we are a boutique wealth management firm dedicated to helping high-performing families, entrepreneurs, and executives take command of their financial futures with clarity, intention, and precision.

We are not built for everyone—and that’s intentional. Our model is high-touch, results-driven, and tailored to those who expect more from their advisory relationship. We are seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor who isn’t just looking for a book of business—they’re looking for a platform to scale, a team they can count on, and a mission they can believe in.

Why PEAK is Different

Most advisors build alone. At PEAK, you won’t have to.

We offer a turnkey growth platform designed for top-tier professionals. From warm, qualified leads to branded marketing campaigns and direct access to our internal planning and portfolio teams, we clear the path so you can focus on building deep relationships and delivering exceptional value.

Our infrastructure is engineered to support sophisticated needs—without compromising on quality or flexibility. Whether you’re addressing legacy planning, tax efficiency, or long-term wealth strategies, you'll be backed by an experienced, hands-on investment committee and planning team.

This is where elite strategy meets white-glove service.

Who You Serve

You work with America’s overachievers —individuals and families who have earned their success and now want to optimize, preserve, and elevate it. They value performance, discretion, and a partner who understands both the complexity of their world and the speed at which they move.

You’ll help them make the leap from financial success to financial significance.

The Opportunity

  • Build a lasting, high-value practice with consistent support and resources
  • First-year earnings target of $200K+ , with no cap on income
  • Grow into $300K–$500K+ production by year three with our integrated lead system
  • Leverage a robust investment and planning platform tailored for complex financial lives
  • Collaborate with in-house experts —no silos, no corporate red tape
  • Full employee benefits and a competitive base + performance-based compensation

Who We’re Looking For

At PEAK American Investment Advisors, we lead with character. That means acting with integrity, showing respect to others, and always doing what’s right—even when it’s hard. We strive for excellence, not just in outcomes, but in effort—owning our responsibilities, supporting each other, and following through without compromise. And we are committed to competency, pursuing continuous learning, embracing challenges, and improving every single day.

We’re looking for someone who lives these values—not just checks boxes on a résumé.

You bring a will-do mindset and a relentless drive to succeed. You hustle with purpose, adapt without hesitation, and perform under pressure. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and lead with both confidence and humility.

You possess the emotional intelligence to build real relationships and the discipline to execute consistently. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do—you take ownership. You hold yourself to a high standard because you know your clients deserve nothing less.

You're not here to coast. You're here to build. To grow. To contribute. You want to be part of a firm that shares your ambition, honors your integrity, and gives you the tools to turn potential into performance.

If you're ready to bring your best—every day—and want to be surrounded by people who do the same, we’d love to meet you.
