Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to support core financial close, reporting, and planning responsibilities. This role blends traditional accounting functions with forward-looking finance work, offering a well-rounded opportunity to contribute across both disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accurate application of debits and credits
- Support monthly close process through reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting & forecasting
- Collaborate with teams across departments to provide financial insights and decision support
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
