About the Role

We’re seeking a Finance & Accounting Recruiter with agency experience to join our team. This role is remote-first , but the ideal candidate should be able to travel to New York as needed to network, meet clients, and strengthen relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, have a strong network in the finance and accounting space, and love connecting top talent with high-growth tech companies, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance and accounting roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a strong network in the finance and accounting sectors.
• Source top talent through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities in New York to strengthen connections and market presence.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and hiring needs in finance and accounting.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of agency recruitment experience, specifically in finance and accounting.
• Experience recruiting finance professionals for tech startups, from early-stage to growth-stage companies.
• A strong understanding of finance and accounting roles (e.g., CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, Audit, etc.).
• A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Willingness to travel to New York for networking, client meetings, and events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
