FULL TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER - Seeking mature, reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work 40 hours/week at Springbrook, a 38-unit apartment complex in Wilson. Duties include routine maintenance and preparing vacant units. Must furnish hand tools and have reliable transportation. You must be on call for emergencies. Credit and criminal checks required. Position Summary:

The apartment building Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Worker is expected to perform routine maintenance tasks, handle emergency repairs, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

 

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.


• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.


• Repair and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment within apartments and common areas. 


• Ensure timely completion of work orders and document all maintenance activities.
