General Manager / Operations Manager
We’re partnered with a growth-focused, well-established manufacturer’s rep firm in the electrical distribution industry—and they’re hiring a high-caliber General Manager ready to take the reins on back-office operations, finance, vendor relations, and team leadership.
This isn’t your typical ops role. This is a C-suite track opportunity to build and lead with true ownership.
🔧 What you’ll own:
- Internal operations across finance, HR, and compliance
- Financial oversight including QuickBooks, cash flow, and budgeting
- Vendor negotiations and contract improvements
- Leadership of a team of 10+ employees
- Site oversight in Marietta, GA (travel required)
- Launch of the company’s first e-commerce platform
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- 5–10+ years in operations
- Experience in electrical, industrial supply, or distribution industries (preferred)
- Strong QuickBooks and P&L fluency
- ERP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience (a big plus)
- A strategic yet hands-on leadership mindset
