Assistant Chief Engineer
• Based at an iconic, prestigious, and historic building in the heart of Philadelphia.
• The development is a mixed building consisting of ground floor retail, 4 floors of commercial office, 6 floors of high end residential.
• Union local 420
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30am to 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
• Pay rate - $43 per hour / $87k per year
• Lots of overtime available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate

• Will be joining a high performing maintenance team of 5 in a vibrant environment with a very supportive client.
• Responsible for all PPM’s and reactive works on building plant
• Siemens BMS , Low voltage switching, VAV’s, AHU’s, Fan Coils, Generator testing, Lighting, Plumbing, Numatics, Life safety, Fire panels, etc.
• Sub-contractor management.
• Need to have great communications and time management.
• Subject to a federal background checks.
